Wheelchair Skills Training for Young People
A four week programme designed to ensure that disabled children and young people get the most out of their mobility equipment. It’s suitable for both manual and powered wheelchair users and teaches vital skills using a combination of games, sports and group activities.

An exhibition day for families and professionals to view different types of buggies and car seats and discuss their mobility needs with dealers and Whizz-Kidz therapists.

Sports Wheelchair Exhibition Day and Sports Taster Day
An exhibition day for families and professionals to view different types of manual sports wheelchairs and gain impartial advice from Whizz-Kidz therapists and equipment dealers. Also demonstrations of wheelchair sports and a chance to join in, led by Percy Hedley Academy for Disability Sports.

Trike Training
Training for young children to practice their cycling skills and learn how to ride safely on their Trikes.
